Ingredients

2 sausages per person

2 oz rice per person

1 large red onion

1 tin chopped tomatoes

vegetable stock cube

1 teaspoon of curry powder

water

Instructions

Brown the sausages in a pan, then add the chopped onion and rice. Stir for 3-4 mins. Add the tomatoes, stock cube, curry powder and a little water. Cook on a low heat for about 20 mins until rice is tender. Enjoy!
